What is The Venus Factor System?


Hello everyone and welcome to my Venus Factor Review site. I know when you look through Google, MSN, and many other places you will see a lot of different websites that talk about Venus Factor, but I wanted to do something completely different! Instead of just "blindly" recommending the program to you, I decided to actually purchase the full program, perform each one of the steps in the program, then write my personal review of the Venus Factor Workout Plan here on my site so you could decide for yourself if this is the right program for you.

Main Diet and Weight Loss Manual

The 12-week workout system includes:

This is a software app that calculates your specific calorie and protein requirements for weight loss specific to your body measurements. This app is located inside the Venus Community and you are free to use it as much or as often as you like.


The Venus Community

A private online community exclusive for Venus Factor members only. You can meet and learn from other Venus members, start your own personal blog within the community, or just browse other members blogs and forum for information. Your level of involvement is your choice. Please feel free to check out the screen shots below that I took of the community. This will kinda give you an idea of what all it has to offer.


The Venus Index Podcast

This is where you can listen to other Venus members tell their weight loss success stories. Every year John Barban hosts 3 transformation contests and he interviews all the winners to get the real inside story on how they used the Venus Factor system to fit their life and challenges to achieve their weight loss and body shape goals.

Theoretically you can lose all unwanted weight using only the dietary tools you will find here. In other words, if you never want to workout you don't really have to. However I rarely recommend this approach as your results will be both accelerated and optimized with the addition of physical activity. This is why we've included the 12-week Venus Factor workout system for you.

How Am I Doing?!

Am I Finally Adhering To The Plan…

Possibly. Haha. Ok seriously…yes, I am. I officially started the Venus Factor again on Sunday, February 2, 2014, and so far I have been doing the program with next to no mess ups. What I mean by this is that I have been eating within my calorie range and working out daily, but I splurged a little on my diet plan over the weekend. I didn’t go absolutely haywire, but I did go out to dinner on Saturday and Sunday with my family…I didn’t order salad. Lets just say my dinner involved something fried and something cheesy, and leave it at that. I will say that I believe my very punctual, monthly visitor had a great deal to do with my whole weekend splurge.


So now that a new week has started, I am back on track and doing just fine thus far. To make up for my lack of self-control over the weekend, I’ve been sticking to fruit and veggie smoothies for my meals. I will do this again tomorrow then I will be back on track come Wednesday morning. I am so looking forward to being able to actually chew my meals again… :)


How’s The Workout Going….






Well the workout has actually been going great!!! Like really! I have been doing cardio everyday as well as my Venus Factor workout 3 days per week. I am absolutely enjoying it. It feels really good to get up and move and know that real soon, I will no longer have to carry around these extra pounds. I don’t know…I am just loving it right now.


I don’t really have a set time in which I do my workouts; I just get them in when I can or feel like it. Usually I find myself working out around and hour before lunch. I know that’s kind of crazy, but that is usually the time when my body feels like doing the most. So I just listen to my body and do what feels right. I would like to get on a morning schedule again. Hopefully in the next few weeks that will happen.


Ok, So What’s Next….


Well for the past week or so, I have been doing videos after my workouts. Nothing real in-depth. Just a little short blip about how things are going for me that day. I want to try to do this because it holds me accountable, and I feel it may help some of you all to see that I am working out everyday no matter what. My getting up and working out everyday will inspire some of you to do the same. If my videos can do that for you, then that totally makes me happy.


I will also be doing a few videos explaining the program as well. Although I have written alot of stuff about the program and how it works, people still ask me what’s up with it. That is all fine with me because it gives me a reason to ramble, but hey, if it helps someone, why not. My purpose here is to give everyone, who wants to know, a complete understanding of the Venus Factor to the best of my knowledge. I also want to show my full experience using the Venus Factor. When it comes to weight loss products, I’m always thinking it’d be cool to actually see that person’s before, during, and after as well as their struggles. I just want to know that, that person is human like I am, and that losing weight is, in fact, a struggle for them too. It just helps me to see that they still sometimes crave donuts and inactivity, but still push forward past all of that.

So in addition to all of that, I plan on updating this blog a bit more frequently than I have been. I will be writing more about cool things I learn in the fitness world, my journey, and just whatever pops into my head that I feel will help you out. I will also try posting more recipes that I try out. I do try alot of different recipes that I find actually turn out pretty great, and it always seems that I’m thinking “Hey, I should share these with someone!” So who better to share them with than you guys…I know right! You are so totally welcome! :)
